INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups of whole almonds
  • 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
In a heavy 10-inch skillet, combine almonds, sugar, and butter (or margarine). Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, about 9 minutes or till sugar melts and turns a rich brown color. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Spread nuts on a buttered baking sheet; seperate into clusters. Let cool and then enjoy.
